It’s all about creating the right ambience for residents, getting every detail right - from perfect ingredients, portions, menu choice to the lighting, signage and critically the whole service. That’s why we train our staff in the latest hospitality skills so they can understand exactly the type of service each resident requires.

The People

Our team have been selected for their direct career experience in the care sector and their respective fields and fully understand the unique challenges faced by clients. We know they must make the standard of care their first  priority while ensuring their organisations are viable in an increasingly demanding regulatory environment. This  difference – the fact that CCMS is so closely aligned with its client and customer community – has been a vital factor in so many of the healthcare relationships we have built over the last few years.

Our Operations Teams are highly experienced in nursing home and care home catering. Developing great people is a key priority and we invest in programmes to attract and retain the best people.  

Our people are passionate, hard-working, and take pride in exceeding our clients' expectations.  

Our own nutritionist and dietitian team, headed up by Lisa Holmes, works very closely with our executive chef and the clients chef manager and cooks and the clients nursing and care teams to ensure the menus are compliant with each individual resident’s care plan.
